Delivery and Returns

  1. All our products include free basic delivery to mainland UK and Ireland, extra charges will apply for deliveries to UK islands, please contact our sales department on 0845 458 4480 for prices.
  2. Free basic delivery is usually 5-7 working days between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. We do offer next working day and timed delivery service for mainland UK which can be added as an extra cost in the cart before confirming payment. Next working day delivery is available on orders placed before 11.00am, Monday to Friday.
  3. We recommend that you measure all doorways and access ways to your premises prior to ordering, paying attention to the height and width of the door in comparison to the product you would like to order. If our delivery drivers arrive and the product that you have ordered does not fit through the doorway and it is decided that the item be returned then we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery and restock fee of 25%. If you believe that the product you wish to order will not fit through the doorway then please call our sales department (0845 604 9004) who may be able to find another solution.
  4. All delivery service prices are based on kerbside level access to the premises with easy access from the road, free from steps, stairs, narrow entryways and other obstacles which might cause difficulty for the delivery staff. If anything might cause difficulties for our delivery staff then please advise our sales department on 0845 458 4480.  If our delivery service arrive and are unable to delivery your item due to steps, stairs, parking restriction or any other obstacle then we reserve the right to charge an extra £130 access delivery charge.

  6. All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for any damage BEFORE signing the carrier’s delivery note. If there is damage immediately ask the driver to phone Husky deliveries department who will then obtain details, and ascertain the course of action. No claim of any type including damage can be accepted where the recipient has signed for receipt in good condition.
